Michael Korelis
DIRECTOR
Michael Korelis was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2004 and has founded Korelis & Co. LLC in 2010, a reputable law firm. He has extensive experience in corporate, tax and commercial law. He specialises in the drafting of commercial and corporate agreements and supervises the legal due diligence and proper completion of corporate transactions, including re-organisations and corporate restructurings, secured financing transactions, rights issues, cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, re-domicilations, voluntary and court liquidations.

He has been actively involved in the drafting and creation of Cyprus local and international trusts, advising clients in respect to trustee and protector powers, settlor and beneficiaries rights as well as estate planning matters. He has also been involved in the administration of Cyprus international trusts dealing with investments abroad. He also advises clients on a wide range of regulatory and compliance issues and has expertise on corporate governance, conduct of business rules and regulatory capital matters. He is a licensed insolvency practitioner in Cyprus and through his appointment as a company liquidator, he boasts an excellent experience in corporate insolvency.

Nicholas Manousakis
DIRECTOR
Nicholas Manousakis is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus since 2014. He begun his professional career in 2010 at a big four audit firm where he worked for 6 years in the audit department and later moved to the financial services industry where he was working as a Senior Manager at an International Administrative Service Provider Firm for seven years.
He has extensive experience in International Financial Reporting Standards and the Tax Law. He specializes in International Taxation, Business and Transaction Advisory and International Financial Reporting Standards.
He advices clients on tax implications of various transactions and the financial impact of acquisitions, mergers and restructuring.

Stavriana Georgiadou
MANAGER, ACCOUNTING SERVICES
Stavriana is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) since 2018 and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.
She has 10 years of experience in the accounting and audit field for both international and local companies. She served as assistant manager in the audit department of a well reputable big four audit firm in Cyprus and senior associate performing accounting and day-to-day corporate administration services at the International Business Services department of one of the largest professional services firm in Cyprus. Stavriana has also considerable experience and knowledge in AML/CFT procedures for the on-boarding of new clients and the on-going monitoring of clients and she is a holder of ICA Certification in AML for ICPAC and CBA Members.
She has joined our firm in 2023 as Manager in the Accounting Department, performing and reviewing the accounting records of our clientele and day-to-day transactions ensuring compliance with the applicable laws and regulations in Cyprus from AML and Sanctions perspective.
Vasilis Christoforou
MANAGER, ACCOUNTING SERVICES
Vasilis is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant of ACCA since 2004 and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.

He has over 15 years of experience in the accounting, tax, VAT as well as the audit field for both international and local companies. He served as the managing director responsible for the accounting, tax and audit department of a medium sized accounting firm in Nicosia. Vasilis has considerable experience on advising clients on tax structures.
He has joined our firm in 2024 as Manager in the Accounting Department, performing and supervising the accounting, VAT and tax work for our clients.

He is also liaising with the companies’ external auditors to complete the audit keeping an eye on deadlines imposed by the Tax Department.
Fedonas Georgiades
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Fedonas Georgiades is a Senior Accountant with over 15 years of experience in delivering high-quality services especially to clients with asset management portfolios. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Fedonas further specializes in the preparation and management of accounting records, providing administrative and accounting support to client entities, as well as VAT return preparation and submission.
Throughout his career, Fedonas has excelled in fostering strong internal relationships, ensuring the timely production of accounting records and financial statements. His expertise extends to liaising with external auditors to facilitate seamless audit processes while adhering to deadlines set by the Cyprus Tax Department.
Since joining Onview Advisors Limited in 2022 as part of the Accounting Department, Fedonas has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in managing accounting, banking, and VAT-related tasks for the firm's diverse client portfolio:​.
Alexander Gkourtziev
ACCOUNTANT
Alexander is an experienced accountant with a BSc in Accounting and over nine years of expertise in the field, who joined our firm in 2024. He has extensive experience in preparing accurate accounting records for both local and international companies, including multinational corporations, SMEs, start-ups, and investment holding companies across various sectors.
His responsibilities include providing administrative and accounting support to client entities, as well as the preparation and submission of VAT/VIES/OSS returns.
Additionally, Alexander is skilled in the preparation of consolidated accounts, management accounts, and unaudited financial statements
